pluralist day school serving students in grades K-8 from families across a wide spectrum of Jewish beliefs and practices.  The school offers an excellent academic program that integrates Judaic and general studies. Exceptional academics, an engaging sense of community, and a strong commitment to social justice are the hallmarks of The Rashi School, the only Reform Jewish Day School in Massachusetts. Now in its third decade, Rashi has grown to 300 students in grades K-8.

Rashi offers a joyfully Jewish approach to learning; its top quality secular education is integrated with Jewish studies and infused with Jewish values. Teachers know each child and differentiate instruction to fit each child’s learning style. Students are welcomed into a warm, caring community of learners, in which they are encouraged to ask questions and to think critically and are inspired to play an active role in making our world a better place.

Now in its third decade, Rashi is moving in 2010 to a new building on a multi-generational campus on the Needham/Dedham line.
